The story of Mark Foods may begin with fish, but it was motivated by the people who love fish—and still is today.

After falling in love with fish and fishing at a young age, Mark Foods founder and CEO Barry Markman gained experience across the food industry, where he found his people: fish people. Decent people devoted to sustaining the oceans and every creature in them.
